The kiva is the ceremonial heart of Pueblo culture — a circular, semi-subterranean chamber used for ritual, community, and the transmission of knowledge across generations. Its stepped entrance geometry is among the most distinctive architectural forms in the American Southwest.

The stepped pattern of the Kiva Step band draws directly from the architectural vocabulary of the ancient Pueblo world — the stepped doorways, the terraced walls, the geometry of structures built to last centuries in a landscape that demanded both precision and humility.

Expertly rendered in 14K gold against oxidized sterling silver, the stepped motif creates a pattern that is simultaneously geometric and organic — precise in execution, warm in presence.
