Cross motifs appear in the decorative vocabulary of virtually every Southwestern culture — the precise, four-pointed form carrying associations with the cardinal directions and the structure of the cosmos in multiple indigenous traditions.

The Apache Cross band renders this motif in continuous repeat — each cross meticulously rendered in 14K gold, set against the deep oxidized sterling field that gives the collection its characteristic depth and contrast.
